Tijjani Reijnders Agrees to Join Al Qadsiah in €61m Manchester City Deal

Tijjani Reijnders has agreed to join Saudi Pro League side Al Qadsiah, with all parties now reaching a verbal agreement over the transfer.

According to transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano, Manchester City have agreed to receive €61 million for the Netherlands international. The clubs are now exchanging documents ahead of the final signatures.

Reijnders is already preparing for the move and did not take part in training as he waits to travel to Saudi Arabia and complete the next stage of his transfer.

The midfielder only recently joined Manchester City, but Al Qadsiah’s proposal has proved enough to convince the Premier League champions to sanction his departure.

The agreement now appears to be at an advanced stage, with the remaining paperwork and formal signatures required before the transfer can officially be completed.

If everything proceeds as expected, Reijnders will become the latest high-profile European player to make the move to the Saudi Pro League.
