Manchester City Agree Personal Terms With Palmeiras Star Allan
Manchester City have taken a major step towards signing Palmeiras sensation Allan Elias after reportedly reaching an agreement on personal terms with the highly-rated Brazilian winger.

The 22-year-old has emerged as one of City’s leading targets as the Premier League champions prepare for a major reshaping of their attacking options. His name has risen rapidly on the club’s shortlist, particularly with Savinho edging closer to a move to Tottenham.
Allan’s versatility is understood to be a major attraction. The Palmeiras star can operate on the right wing, play from the left and also feature centrally, giving City another flexible attacking option.
However, despite the reported progress on the player’s side, a club-to-club agreement with Palmeiras remains the major hurdle. Reports indicate Palmeiras are reluctant to sell Allan during the current window and have previously rejected approaches for the player.
Palmeiras are believed to value Allan extremely highly, with reports placing his release clause at around €100 million (£85m). That figure could force City to make a huge financial commitment if they want to secure the youngster immediately.
Allan has enjoyed a breakout campaign in Brazil, registering six goals and five assists across 41 appearances for Palmeiras in 2026. His performances have attracted growing attention from European clubs, but City are now pushing to win the race.
With personal terms reportedly settled, the next step is clear: Manchester City must convince Palmeiras to sell. If they succeed, Allan could become one of the biggest South American transfers of the window.
