Aston Villa Reach Agreement to Sign Nicolas Jackson from Chelsea
Aston Villa have reached a total agreement to sign Nicolas Jackson from Chelsea in a £65m deal, with Fabrice Hawkins reporting that the transfer is now in place.

Aston Villa have reached a total agreement to sign Nicolas Jackson from Chelsea in a deal worth £65 million, according to French journalist Fabrice Hawkins.
The 25-year-old Senegalese forward is set to leave Stamford Bridge after Chelsea accepted Villa’s proposal, with the transfer reportedly structured around a £65m package including add-ons. Jackson had attracted interest from several clubs, including Atlético Madrid, but Aston Villa have emerged as the club winning the race for his signature.
The move will reunite Jackson with Unai Emery, who previously worked with the striker at Villarreal and played a significant role in his development. Villa have been searching for attacking reinforcements following Ollie Watkins’ expected move to Al-Hilal, and Jackson is now set to become their major replacement.
Jackson joined Chelsea from Villarreal in 2023 and has since made 65 appearances for the Blues, scoring 24 goals. He spent last season on loan at Bayern Munich before returning to Chelsea.
A move to Villa Park would give Jackson another opportunity to establish himself as a leading Premier League striker, while Villa secure a major attacking signing ahead of the new campaign.
