Jamal Musiala Breaks Silence After Latest collapse As Bayern Confirm Career Is Not At Risk
Jamal Musiala has moved to reassure fans after suffering another worrying collapse on the pitch, revealing that he has been diagnosed with a neurological condition but insisting that he remains optimistic about his recovery and football career.

The Bayern Munich and Germany midfielder collapsed during Tuesday’s 4-2 friendly victory over Heidenheim, just four days after experiencing a similar incident against RB Leipzig.
The latest episode occurred only minutes after Musiala entered the match as a second-half substitute, prompting immediate medical attention before he was helped from the pitch.

Following the incident, Musiala took to social media to explain the situation and calm concerns surrounding his health. The 23-year-old revealed that doctors had diagnosed him with brief, temporary and treatable absence seizures linked to a neurological dysfunction.

Musiala stressed that he is receiving specialist medical care and remains positive about his condition.
“First things first — I’m doing well! I’m incredibly grateful for all your messages and support.”
He also explained that the episodes can cause the type of incidents supporters have witnessed recently, while emphasizing that he is under excellent medical supervision.

The diagnosis has inevitably raised questions about Musiala’s ability to continue playing at the highest level. However, reports indicate that there is currently no indication that the condition will threaten his football career, with neurological specialists clearing him to continue his professional career while receiving treatment.

The news will come as a major relief to Bayern supporters, particularly after Musiala endured a lengthy spell on the sidelines last season because of an ankle injury.

For now, the priority remains Musiala’s health as he continues working with specialists to manage the condition. Despite the frightening scenes in Bayern’s recent friendlies, the youngster has made it clear that he is determined to remain positive and return to football safely.
